Tessa Rossi writes, edits, and professes. She received her MFA in ’22 from SLC and her JD from NYU. She is the Managing Prose Editor for Variant Literature (@VariantLit), her prose is featured in Roi Faineant and MER, and her poems in the Red Ogre Review and Grey Sparrow.

About

Tessa Rossi teaches College Writing. She earned her undergraduate degree from Long Island University, her law degree from New York University, and her MFA from Sarah Lawrence College. Tessa writes across genres and serves as Associate Managing Editor for Prose at Variant Literature. Her interests range from the esoteric to martial arts and world cultures. Her ongoing writing workshops in the Lower Hudson Valley and classes as an Arts Westchester Teaching Artist Grant recipient confirmed her passion for sharing the craft of writing. She joined the College Writing Faculty at Purchase in the fall of 2023.
